Accreditation expertise includes behavioral health, home health, hospice, private duty, and skilled nursing programs from accrediting bodies such as ACHC, CARF, and The Joint Commission. Maven Health Partners is also highly skilled in disease specific and additional certifications offered through each of the accrediting bodies. Survey trends by specific surveyor are tracked and trended to assist organizations in focusing their accreditation preparation efforts. Maven Health Partners is able to prioritize the 20-40% of standards being surveyed at any given time

Corrective Action Services
Whether a result of an accreditation survey, licensure survey, annual survey, complaint, and/or quality monitoring incident, Maven Health Partners can assist clients with corrective action services. This includes the writing of post-survey final report findings; completion of required root cause analyses; creation and implementation of audit tools specific to findings; initiation and closeout of process improvement projects; and continued compliance monitoring and response. Maven Health Partners takes charge of completing and documenting all staff education and training related to the specific corrective areas. Coaching for various sentinel event and accrediting body investigations of quality monitoring incidents is also included in corrective action services.
